Rental terms

(Excerpted – only a signed contract is full and binding)

 

 

Deposit: 30% of the total amount at time of signature of rental contract

 

Balance due 30 days before arrival date.

 

Security deposit: 600 euros + cleaning

 

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, only the deposit is due.

 

In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due, unless the apartment has been rerented.

 

Occupancy tax is included in the rental amount.

 

Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed
