Cleaning prior to departure
Before you leave, we ask you to clean the apartment so that the next occupants may find the space as clean and welcoming
as you found it yourself. If you prefer not to, we offer a cleaning service.
Rate: 60 €, ordered before your stay at the time of signing the rental contract.
(Washing/cleaning dishes and emptying cupboards of food are not included in this service.)

Non-smoking apartment
This apartment is completely non-smoking. Smoking is forbidden in the apartment at all times, even with the windows open.
A 120 € cleaning fee will be applied for failure to adhere to this rule.
