Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian resort.

It is very unusual to need a car

during a weeklong stay (except in summer).

 

Street parking is forbidden.

 

Val Thorens does allow “quick stops” to unload baggage. Then, you are required to park in one of the VALTHOPARC structures, accessible 24 hours a day. 3,500 spaces are available.Free shuttles are available to get back to the residences.
